There may still be some confusion about the starting point for the races on Sunday April 27th. All three races will start in the carpark at Copperlode Dam. All competitors should have received an email giving details of the start point and other information.
Drop Boxes. Anybody who wishes to have items of equipment or nutrition waiting for them at either the Fig Tree Checkpoint or the Bridle Creek Checkpoint should contact me on 0459020091 by Friday night (25th April) before 9pm at the latest. Any last minute queries can be directed to me on the same number.
Finally, this weekend is going to be a big one for sport with the Mountain Bike Championships being held and for those of you who are not taking part in Sunday’s races, Outdoor Adventures NQ are offering the chance to try orienteering. This organisation has been very supportive of our club in recent times and we are happy to reciprocate.
